Authorized Use: You may only use the service for lawful business purposes in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy and quality of data you provide to our AI systems.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service to:

5. Service Availability and Performance

Uptime: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance: We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.

Performance: AI response quality may vary based on input complexity, network conditions, and system load.

Updates: We regularly update and improve our AI models, which may affect service behavior.

6. Payment Terms

Billing: Fees are charged according to your selected plan and usage levels.

Payment: Payment is due according to your billing cycle. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Refunds: Refunds are provided according to our refund policy, available upon request.

Price Changes: We may modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Our IP: CallVantage AI retains all rights to our software, AI models, algorithms, and related intellectual property.

AI Limitations: AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs.

10. Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time through the platform or by contacting support.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or non-payment.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, access to the service will cease, and data may be deleted according to our retention policy.

Data Export: You have 30 days after termination to export your data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes
